Student Assistant (m/f/d): Analysis of biomarker data to measure stress with R
We are looking for a student assistant to work between 30 and 45 hours per month (applicant’s choice). This position is limited until 2025-04-30.
Your responsibilities
- collaboration in the project “stress measurement using biomarkers” where we investigate how stress in humans can be measured using the biomarker cortisol
- researching common analysis methods for cortisol values on the web and in literature databases
- analysing cortisol data and their confounding factors using the R script
Your profile
- Bachelors degree and inscription as a student
- Affinity for numbers and basic knowledge of statistics
- Experience with R or other scripting languages like Python or Matlab
- Interest in researching results in scientific publications
- Good knowledge of English (or German)
