6. Januar 2025 – Am Campus Treskowallee der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin (HTW Berlin) gibt es zwei neue Büchertauschregale. Die Regale sind öffentlich zugänglich und befinden sich im 1. Stock von Gebäude A.

Ob Bücher fürs Studium, Romane, Reiseführer oder Ratgeber: Die neuen Regale am Campus Treskowallee bieten einen Ort zum Tauschen. Die Idee dahinter: Viele Bücher stehen ungenutzt im Schrank, doch wegschmeißen möchte sie niemand, und nachhaltig ist das auch nicht. Wer ein Buch nicht mehr braucht, kann es im Bücherregal einstellen und dafür ein anderes Buch nehmen.

Am Campus Wilhelminenhof gibt es übrigens auch ein Büchertauschregal. Zu finden ist das vom AStA initiierte Tauschregal in der Mensa.

Books for free! New book exchange shelves at the Treskowallee campus

Whether books for studying, novels, travel guides or guidebooks: the new book exchange shelves on the Treskowallee campus offer a place to swap books. The two shelves, each with nine compartments, are located on the first floor of Building A at the Treskowallee campus. The idea behind it: Many books sit unused in cupboards, but nobody wants to throw them away, and that's not sustainable either. Anyone who no longer needs a book can put it on the bookshelf and take another book in its place.

There is also a book exchange shelf at Campus Wilhelminenhof. The shelf, initiated by the AStA, can be found in the refectory.
