Our team deals with all matters related to the student life cycle and the examinations management of students who study in programmes of Faculty 3. We are also responsible for international applicants and students of the so-called Studienkolleg (preparatory course). If you belong to one of these groups of people, here's how you can contact us:

In-person

Team Faculty 3 and International Affairs is there for you on Tuesday and Thursday

Our team also offers in-person advisory services to sort out complicated individual cases. They are walk-in services without appointments. Please bear in mind that you may face a long wait in case of a higher enquirer volume.

  • Tuesday from 9am to 11:30am and from 1pm to 3pm
  • Thursday from 9am to 11:30am
