The Technical Support department ensures that the university’s buildings are maintained and modernised in accordance with their purpose. The department encompasses numerous different services:

• Organisational Services
  The organisational team encompasses a wide range of services ranging from post services to central procurement, event services for internal and external event organisers and a lost property office. Contact the Head of Department: Katja Schröder

  The Building Services Management department is responsible for building services, including key management and troubleshooting. Contact the Head of Department: Frank Klein
• Technical Management
  The department operates the building services systems of HTW Berlin, provides media technology and is responsible for energy management. Contact the Head of Department: Marcus Proske
• University Archive
  The university archive is where old files are stored when they become due for archiving. A number of historical documents on the history of HTW Berlin are also stored here. Contact: Christian Höcky
