We want to boost innovations in companies of all sizes – from startups and SMEs to larger corporations – through cooperations with the scientific field. Our aim is to provide individual solutions which meet the needs of companies as well as the scientific interests of researchers.  

We support and network those interested in setting up companies and existing startups throughout the entire process of establishing an entrepreneurial venture. The startup division at HTW Berlin offers a wide range of services, including individual consultations and coaching and training on relevant topics such as business plan preparation, financing, marketing and legal issues. We also provide the startup teams with co-working spaces and infrastructure.

We accompany established companies through the systematic co-creation of ideas and projects at the interface of science and business. In this way, we as a University not only develop innovative projects together, but also put our experience in teaching and research into practice and provide our students with valuable experience in the form of cooperations with industry players.

The Startup and Innovation Center works closely with partners from business and research and thus promotes exchange and networking between founders, investors and experts in order to jointly develop new ideas and strengthen innovations.
