Starting in the summer semester 2025, the so called Deutschlandsemesterticket (a fully digital Germany-wide semester ticket, in short: DST) will be issued by S-Bahn Berlin. You have to register online at the S-Bahn Berlin portal to use the DST:

Please follow the instructions to download the DST to your smartphone:

You are only eligible to download the DST, if you have paid your semester fee in full.
