Performance indicators for companies are sometimes clear, sometimes a bit more fuzzy. Very often, they become increasingly complex and harder to grasp for individuals, when a company grows, or has global operations.

During this project, a team of students developed a game based simulation, that can be used to support top managers, by providing an in depth understanding of how different performance metrics can influence the company performance during specific organizational life cycles.
