This is the project collaboration between Conrad Electronics SE and students of MPMD in HTW Berlin. Conrad has assigned the market research and data analysis work in support of its strategic plan to enhance marketing on “SMART Home” segment.
Objective: Discover the new group(s) of customers and develop a marketing plan for the key sweet spot(s) among the discovered to reach them out. The team will be responsible for the current data analysis and develop a marketing plan based on quantitative analysis, consumer behavior and marketing analysis.
