Assessing Social Readiness for Change in Transformation Projects
This research project aims to develop and validate a robust framework for assessing social readiness to change within organizations prior to initiating transformation projects. By evaluating various psychosocial factors and organizational dynamics, the project seeks to establish a predictive model that gauges the preparedness of individuals and groups for change. This model will enable project leaders to anticipate potential resistance and tailor intervention strategies effectively. Additionally, the project will incorporate mechanisms for ongoing pulse checks to monitor shifts in readiness and resistance throughout the transformation process. The outcomes of this research will facilitate more informed planning and execution of change initiatives, ultimately enhancing the success rates of organizational transformations.
