The aim of this paper is the development of a Life cycle
thinking (LCT) based integrated framework for the assessment of economic,
environmental and social aspects of sustainability for urban infrastructure projects.
The primary purpose of this assessment framework is to assist the construction
consultants and supporting agencies through decision making guidelines in a step-
by-step process towards sustainable development of urban infrastructure.
