2014 PhD at the TU Berlin, Faculty VI - Building Planning Environment;

Focus on research and teaching in real estate economics and real estate management; especially in real estate valuation, real estate investment and sustainable finance, real estate portfolio/asset management, data science and Price modeling;

More than 15 years of practical experience in real estate valuation, portfolio transaction and portfolio management on the service provider as well as the investor side

​Theses can be written on the following topics, for example: real estate valuation, sustainability, real estate asset management, portfolio management, sustainable finance, sustainable investments

Requests for Bachelor's or Master's theses should include the following (max. 3 DIN A4 pages):

1. a brief overview of the current state of research

2. a research question and the appropriate research method

3. a preliminary bibliography
