In cooperation with the SAP the HTW team. led by Prof. Dr. Kai Reinhardt, developed a CFO management toolbox for building an AI-driven talent organization in a finance department. The team developed a comprehensive “AI transformation toolbox”, which a CFO can use to transform employee’s roles, competencies, organization structures, communication and behavior systematically. The application of the toolbox runs over a period of 12 to 24 months. At the end, the organization is able to adapt to the new conditions of AI.
